Working in furniture and product design, he explores material properties and methods of making. His practice often begins with conditions in factories and workshops, in collaboration with manufacturers. Moving between traditional crafts and automated technologies, he uses hands-on experimentation to explore materials and processes, bringing craft and machinery together in contemporary objects. His work ranges from mass-produced furniture and products to unique pieces, examining relationships between people, materials, production, and everyday objects.
